General Baw Kyaw Heh, Vice Chief of Staff of the KNLA speaks words of encouragement to the Karen People and Ethnic Nationalities of Burma. He discusses unity, the cease fire peace process and the need for all Ethnic Nationalities to work together to avoid the Burmese regimes attempts to “divide and rule” the ethnic groups.
