The family in this short documentary has been displaced by war for three generations. Their daily struggles continue despite ceasefires and democratic reform. In fact, since filming in 2010-2011, the death of the father and the mother’s mental illness have added to their woes. Such suffering is sadly familiar to Burma’s internally displaced persons. Burma Issues has produced this film in the hope that their plight will not be forgotten.
